Reed Siems sets the strategic direction for Hartwood and manages the overall finances and operations of the company. He provides support and fosters growth and development amongst the leadership team. Reed consults and offers expert advice on contracts, negotiations, and business deals for Hartwood. He is an efficiency expert focused on organizational change management required for new technology, new processes, and new ways of thinking to be successfully deployed and integrated into government organizations.

Thad Ashe, a technological innovator, and USMC service-disabled veteran co-founded Hartwood to provide forward-thinking IT support to government organizations. He oversees all compliance aspects of Hartwood's operations and lends support to business development capture. Thad retains the title of Subject Matter Expert (SME), serving as our “brain trust” for identifying the right tools to support people and processes that make Hartwood and government organizations successful.

Déla Ashe is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions to assist Hartwood in harnessing its most valuable resources – the employees. Dela oversees all aspects of human resources (HR) management and provides strategic direction for core programs, policies, services, and HR functions. She is a passionate advocate for cultivating a sense of belonging for all Hartwood employees. With her keen understanding of people and processes, she executes HR operations to effectively drive change.

Bruce Kirkland, a USN veteran, serves as Hartwood's primary business development, capture, and growth lead to focus on upcoming opportunities within the Federal Market. An innovative and forward-thinking professional, Bruce is directly responsible for developing and maintaining Hartwood’s relationships across the breadth of Federal Markets to increase market share and build on existing revenue and business capabilities.
