February 2026: HCG’s 3rd Annual Sock Drive Is Here!
We’re proud to partner once again with Soldiers’ Angels’ Warm Feet for Warriors program. Thanks to your generosity last year, we surpassed our goal and donated 500+ pairs of socks to soldiers and veterans in need—both at home and abroad!
We’re accepting donations now through March 31st. It’s easy to help:

Honoring Our Heroes
December 2025: This December, Hartwood Consulting Group was honored to support two meaningful initiatives dedicated to honoring and uplifting our nation’s heroes. HCG volunteers participated in Wreaths Across America at Arlington National Cemetery, placing wreaths on the headstones of fallen veterans in a powerful tribute to their service and sacrifice. The team also volunteered with the Semper Fi & America’s Fund Holiday Ornament Packing Event in Dale City, VA, helping pack 25,000 ornaments for wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and their families. These experiences were both humbling and rewarding, reinforcing our commitment to giving back and ensuring the legacy of our heroes is remembered and celebrated.
Celebrating and Connecting
December 2025: This holiday season, HCG celebrated with a festive virtual holiday party filled with games, laughter, and friendly contests like Best Christmas Tree and Most Festive Outfit. Even from afar, the event highlighted the strong connections and camaraderie that make Hartwood special. Our Parris Island contract team also joined the holiday spirit with an in-person White Elephant exchange and food, making it a fun and memorable celebration for all. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the celebration a success!
HCG Gives Back Food Drive 2025
November 2025: Hartwood Consulting Group | 4th Annual Food Drive
This October, we proudly launched our 4th Annual Food Drive in support of the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank. Over the past three years, thanks to the generosity of our employees, families, and friends, we’ve provided more than 11,000 meals to individuals and families in need throughout our community.
Each year, your incredible support has helped us double—and even triple—our goals, making a real difference for our neighbors. Thank you to everyone who helped us reach our goal once again this year!
New Contracts Announcement
Hartwood Consulting Group was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract by the U.S. Marine Corps for uniform alterations for recruits at the Parris Island Recruit Depot. The award, finalized in August 2025, covers specialized services for regular recruits and aligns with the company's role as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
